Explore a pilot.

A pilot is a focused evaluation—not a production rollout. We agree the scope, data boundaries and evidence before choosing an approach.

The pilot process

Bring a real-world task. Define the evidence.

System builders & integrators

Assess a task-specific model or learning workflow against the systems you already build.

Operators

Evaluate practical value under your operating conditions while retaining clear data boundaries.

  1. 01

    Define the task

Agree on the application, available data, operating conditions and access constraints.

  2. 02

Agree the baseline and success criteria

Establish a comparison with your current approach and define measurable outcomes, evaluation conditions and the evidence needed to proceed.

  3. 03

    Build and evaluate a prototype

Test a suitable approach under representative conditions, using held-out data where appropriate. Use collaborative learning where it adds value—not by default.

  4. 04

    Review the evidence together

Review documented results, limitations and practical feedback. Decide whether to continue, refine the scope or stop.
